What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, InstaPay, and cash on delivery (COD).
Can I edit my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. However, after this period, they cannot be edited, as they are most likely shipped.

How long does shipping take?
β’ Cairo & Giza: 2-4 working days
β’ Other governorates: 7-8 working days
Do you offer pick-up options?
Yes! You can pick up your order from our warehouse in Fifth Settlement, New Cairo, between 12 PM - 7 PM.
You donβt need to pre-order, but we recommend it for a faster and smoother pickup experience.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees vary based on your location. The exact amount will be calculated at checkout.

Can I return my order?
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If you face any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, but if your item is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it for you.

How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking their best:

β’ Wipe with a soft cloth after wearing.
Are your pieces waterproof?
Yes, they are waterproof, but avoiding water will ensure longer-lasting shine.
Are all your pieces gold-plated?
Yes! All our pieces are gold-plated, and we also have a handmade collection for a unique touch.

How do I care for my kaftan?
Kaftans should be dry cleaned only to maintain their embroidery and delicate fabrics.
Do you offer custom designs?
Currently, we only sell ready-to-wear designs, but stay tuned for future collections!
